Tortillas are perishable goods, and once tortillas are delivered to your requested destination, within a reasonable time, A refund can not be given. These tortillas will ship and stay fresh until you receive them. Tortillas need to be placed in a zip loc bag and placed in the fridge or freezer once the shipment is received.
