Are you a Star Wars fan? If so, youll love this fun and delicious recipe for BB-8 Droid Quesadillas! With just a few ingredients, you can create these tasty treats that will be sure to impress your friends and family.

Have you ever wanted to create your own droid like BB-8 from the Star Wars films? Now you can with this delicious and easy-to-make recipe! This recipe is a fun and creative way to enjoy a cheesy and flavorful quesadilla while making a unique and fun droid.

To start, you'll need three flour tortillas, two ounces of sour cream, two slices of cheddar cheese, one cup of shredded Mexican cheese blend, and black food coloring. (If you don't have black food coloring you can mix blue, red, and green food coloring too!) For tools, you'll need a ziplock bag, a large glass, and a pairing knife.

First, combine sour cream and a dab of black food coloring in a small bowl until a silver grey shade is achieved. Place the mixture inside a ziplock bag and turn it inside out over your hand, reserving a bit of the mixture in the bowl. Flip the bag right side in and press the sour cream into one corner. Cut off the corner of the bag with a sharp knife to create a small hole for piping.

Then, add more black food coloring to the reserved silver grey sour cream until a jet black color is obtained.

Next, it's time to assemble the droid. Place a cheddar cheese slice on a cutting board and use a  inverted Big Drinking Cup to cut out a solid circle from its center.

With a pairing knife, cut the circle into four concentric sections, leaving four small interior spokes. This will form the center mechanism of your droid's body.

Take the other slice of cheddar cheese and again use the inverted Big Drinking Cup to cut out a solid circle. With a pairing knife, cut the circle into four equal pie pieces and then cut off the rounded edge of each piece, forming four equal quarter rounds of similar thickness to the center mechanism. These will form the four side pieces of your droid's body.

For the head, use the remainder of one cheddar cheese slice and a pairing knife to cut a quarter-inch section from the edges of the round hole for the droid's head stripe. With the other cheese slice, cut various sizes of squares and rectangles to attach to the grey head stripe at the bottom.

Cut the second flour tortilla in half across the diameter, then use the knife to round off the corners. Cut one of the scrap pieces of tortilla to form the antenna for the droid's head.

Now it's time to put it all together. Put your droid's round quesadilla body on a griddle or cooking pan and sprinkle with 2/3 of the Mexican cheese blend. Cover the shredded cheese with the other round tortilla and cook for 1 minute. Repeat with the droid's tortilla head, so that you have two cheese quesadillas.

Place the cheddar cheese slices on your BB-8 Droid as pictured and pipe silver-grey sour cream in the designated areas. Use the tip of your knife to place a small dab of black sour cream on the droid's head, and place an even smaller dab below and to the right of it. Pipe a silver rim around the smaller dot of sour cream.

Connect the droid's head to its body and top with the tortilla antenna piece.

This recipe is sure to be a hit with the Star Wars fans in your life. The combination of cheesy quesadillas and colorful toppings will make for a delicious and unique treat. Plus, the droid you create looks amazing and is sure to be a conversation starter.
